Returns (Store Credit by Default)
We want you to love your find. If something doesn’t work out, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit (or exchange when possible). Because our pieces are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, store credit helps keep Trend Petal sustainable for everyone — and ensures these items continue their journey.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@trendpetal.com with your order number and a brief note about the return. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- Free of odors, makeup marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear
- Returned in original or comparable protective packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your item arrives safely.
No Restocking Fees
We never charge restocking fees. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.
Damages, Issues, or Misrepresentation
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or grossly misrepresented in the listing, contact us right away at hello@trendpetal.com.
If we missed something on our end, we will make it right — and in these cases, a refund to your original payment method may be approved after review.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale / final-sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Because most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not always available. The fastest way to get something new is to return your item for store credit and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. Items must be returned unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by local law.
Refund Timing (When Applicable)
If a refund is approved, we’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
