We ship from Connecticut using USPS Standard Mail.

• Flat Rate: $8
• Free Shipping: Orders $125+
• Estimated Delivery: 3–8 business days depending on your location (East Coast usually arrives sooner)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package on its way.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please email hello@trendpetal.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it — always.
